Meeting Minutes
of
8 December 2009
Held at Destination Power Sports
Marionville, Missouri
The meeting was called to order by Chapter
President Ron Hulland at 6:20 pm.
Sixteen members were present.
The only new business to discuss was that
we would be sponsoring two women and four children from the Hiding Place this year.
The remainder of the meeting was dedicated to
the following previously discussed topics.
All members have now signed the new charter
for Liberty Touring and Riding Association.
Any outstanding ride waivers were signed and
motorcycle endorsements were verified.
Money for the new patches was collected and paid
back into the general fund to be used for our Christmas shopping. It was decided by motion and second and show of hands to
postpone for now the ordering of rockers denoting chapter office.
The shopping for the Hiding Place is this coming
Saturday the 12th. We are to meet at the Wal-Mart Super Center at Kearney and Glenstone at 9 am. Remember to come in the middle
door. Afterwards we will go to Jerry's house for lunch and wrapping of the presents.
The 2010 Ride Schedule party will be held at Lou's
house on Sunday the 31st of January at 2 pm. Bring a pot luck item. Lou will hand out directions to his house at the next
regular meeting on January 12th.
The meeting was adjourned at 7pm.
